Makalu Base Camp Trek Flight to Tumlingtar, Arun Valley, Makalu Base Camp, Upper Varun valley, Makalu-Barun National Park, Arun River, Spectacular himalayas view.

This trek passes through lower altitude and usually centered on the Arun Valley that starts with a flight to Tumlingtar and heads up the Arun River Valley to Sedua and Num, then crossing Shipton La Pass (4210m) into the upper Barun river valley. Mt. Makalu and Chamlang Himal are spectacular from here. Makalu-Barun National Park is main attraction of this region. Many endangered animals and other species can be commonly sighted here.

Trip Itinerary:

Day 01: Your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you will be met by our Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel. B.B.
Day 02: Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and Kathmandu durbar square). Overnight at hotel. B.B.
Day 03: Flight Kathmandu to Tumlingtar, then trek to Khandbari.Overnight at tented camp.B. L. D.
